M-Series lens includes a true Intelligent Lens System (ILS). The ILS automatically recognizes and calibrates a lens when installed. Stepper-based coding ensures that drift of the motor does not occur, as typically occurs with DC-encoded engines, allowing accurate and repeatable recall of all offset, zoom, and focus positions.
When used with Christie's HD/WU M Series products, this fixed ILS lens has a projection ratio of 1.4 to 1.8:1.
