The Electro-Voice Sx250's unique multi-angle enclosure makes it one of the most versatile speakers in EV's Sx series. Because of it's enclosure design, the Sx250 is perfectly suited to be either a floor monitor or a hung/pole-mounted PA system.
The Sx250 combines Ring-Mode Decoupling (RMD) and a Constant-Directivity horn to produce pure, clean vocals and detailed mids over a wide coverage pattern and varying SPL's.
It's enclosure is made of 18mm plywood that is finished in Futura. This polyurethane finish is naturally resistant to damage and weather conditions, and can be easily painted. The Sx250's components are protected from damage by an 16-gauge steel grille with cloth backing for a smooth, professional look.
With high, continuous power capabilities, housed in a ruggedly compact and portable design, the Sx250 is ideal for multiple applications.
